ABOUT
US
Maverick Solutions Pty Ltd is 100% COMMITTED to helping people make the absolute most of their
POTENTIAL and developing 'super' products and services for this purpose.
Abdicating power over our lives to governments, employers and even our families and friends - we believe can
lead to a deep dissatisfaction and yearning in the individual. Every person should have the right to make decisions
for their own life direction, or to be involved in the decisions that affect their life and enjoy fulfilment and
happiness along the way.
We also believe in values that help people unleash their inner talents and passions and heal our
blue-green jewell of a planet at the same time. We mean values that are not only concerned with people and
customers in our company, but also beyond our immediate self-interest and business.
We are very 'stubborn' about this too. We much prefer to build a business that leads to a BETTER WORLD FOR ALL in
some way, than build one just for our own self-interest. Why do we want this? It's a much better way to live, it
feels good, and it produces greater SUSTAINABLE results for all the participants. Also, we are living at a time
when each one of us is being called upon to show LEADERSHIP, COOPERATION, CREATIVITY, COMPASSION and COURAGE in
tackling a complex range of humanitarian and environmental issues.
Hi! I am Gary Hipworth.
I am the Director of Maverick Solutions Pty Ltd and the creator of the Superlife program. I
have a Degree in Business Studies, completed Technologies for Creating program with DMA Inc. which opened my eyes to the amazing
possibilities for humanity when many more people learn creating skills, and Leadership Development &
Teambuilding with MTS Pty Ltd which also opened my eyes to what can be achieved when a small team becomes
committed to a common goal or purpose.
I have developed & facilitated management
programs and consulting assignments for various organisations, including Telstra, Jeans West, AXA,
Brotherhood of St Laurence, Blue Pyrenees Winery, Healthwise Pharmacies Group, Ready Workforce/ Division of
Chandler Mcleod, SIO Workcare, Email Electronics, Victorian Dept of Education and Mt Eliza Business
College.
I have been married twice, and Jo Willis has been my partner, confidant and best friend for twenty-one years. I
have two wonderful daughters and three 'active' grandsons. I live at Point Lonsdale in Victoria near the beach
(that's the Lonsdale lighthouse at the top of the page) and we have a 10 acre bush getaway near Ballarat. I also
love treking in pristine wilderness areas. You can learn more about a few of my life-changing experiences and why I
am 'obsessive' about personal development and freedom at Gary's Brief Story.
 Hello, I am Jo
Willis.
I have a personal passion for empowering people to take responsibility for their individual destinies and to
recognise and develop the unique talents and skills present in each of us.
An extensive career in sales,
marketing and recruitment for major corporations has given me a great opportunity to meet with
many people and I have discovered that very few are living the lives they really want. We all get
trapped into circumstances that are certainly tolerable, but lack the true fulfilment that 'living our
passion' can bring to our lives.
Superlife is a powerful tool that
assists each person to recognise their unique skills and talents and empowers them with the confidence and clear thinking that can enable them to
take back the control over their lives, to set their own direction
and fulfill their deep desires and achieve the meaning that may be
missing.

Hello everyone. I am Greg
Jones.
I have owned and managed Wang Corporate Communications since 1988, specialising in copywriting, creative
design and public relations. In June 2000, my first book ‘Walk a Crooked Mile’, was published to critical
acclaim and quickly became a best seller. It is my story of being the father of a son with multiple disabilities,
who took me from the despair of early fatherhood to exaltation, culminating in winning Gold against the odds.
I was awarded the prestigious Australian Sports Medal from the Prime Minister on behalf of the Queen in 2000, for
excellence in international coaching of Australian Track & Field Teams, and also for my role in Paralympic
Games over a 15 year period.
From my experience of coaching elite athletes and business
people in adverse circumstance, my motto has become...
“With every breath, make a difference.”
Prior to the Paralympics I coached AFL football and never thought
I would ever reach the goal of international coaching let alone Gold medallists & World Champions. However, the
driving force behind this realisation was the fact that I became enamored with the disabled athletes committment,
drive and pursuit of excellence, no matter their personal circumstance.
They taught me how to coach rather than the other way around and
this enlightenment led me to pursue my own goals in life. The experience enabled me to sift through the
demands and expectations of society as we now know it and realise I can control my life and not be dictated to by
others.
I speak professionally on the corporate circuit and
specialise in motivation, leadership, corporate communication and I am also a freelance writer.
My
clients have included TOWER Life Australia, Telstra, AWB, Hancock Plantations, The Victorian State Government
and the Australian General Practice Network.
